If you are admitted, gather the necessary documents:
Admission Letter/Certificate from the University. (If you are going as a teacher or researcher, the certificate may be issued by the minister in charge of education in the area you will live in or the university you are going to.)
Proof of language proficiency of a foreign language (any language, but accompanied with a certified Hungarian Translation).
Proof of payment of tuition fees.
Proof that income can cover your expenses (scholarships/grants, bank account statements or any other relevant documents.
Valid Hungarian address.
Valid passport
Return ticket (or sufficient funds to purchase one).
Proof that your parent or guardian permitted you to stay in Hungary (for minors)
Clear passport photograph, not more than three months old.

Fill out the Application for Residence Permit and Appendix 13 electronically using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat or other similar software on your computer, print them and append your signature.
